My Friday night started off with a disaster of a date, so what was I to do to salvage the night? Why, eat until the pain disappeared, of course! A few friends and I trekked to Denny’s to feast upon cheese stick sandwiches, bacon sundaes and countless other dishes that sound like they were the invention of a British sketch show mocking America’s morbid obesity.

Denny’s baconfest is so gross, and I ‘m a fan of bacon! I mean a bacon SUNDAE? what is their marketing team thinking?
A wise man once said, Denny’s is like a prostitute: passing by one in daylight hours won’t even get a second glance, but at 3am after a night of drinking, they look pretty damn do-able.
