Having Fun with the CafePress Teddy Bear

Let’s be honest: People are idiots in the face anything Mother Nature throws at them. And the people of the DC area are bigger idiots than most when it comes to the subject. Forget snow, we can’t even handle the rain. Seriously, for those who don’t live around here, rainfall causes gigantic traffic jams. It doesn’t even have to be actively raining! There can just be water on the asphalt from rain that passed through several hours ago and people drive so slowly that you’d think they were suffering from hemorrhoids the size of softballs. But I digress.
Will and I braved the elements on Saturday (there were none to speak of, but, by Northern Virgina standards, we were goddamn Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay for driving into the studio) to make fun of our fellow citizens and their overreaction to Hurricane Irene, not to mention the earthquake that struck a few days prior. For anyone who went out and purchased bottled water and canned goods before the hurricane struck, listen to the show. It’s the deserved audio equivalent of getting your nose wiped in shit for being such a stupid dog.
