Yes, it’s that time again: The yearly trip to the public health clinic. In addition to discussing the dregs of humanity I met at the clinic, the crew delves into which celebs have totally let themselves go to hell (Val Kilmer and Kirstie Alley are of course mentioned) and “The Hotshot,” a miniature condom for tweens.
