Apparently Last Night’s The Walking Dead Wasn’t Horrible
I’ve made no secret of my hatred of Season 2 of The Walking Dead (read about that here and here). Thankfully, I’ve heard good things about last night’s episode, “Triggerfinger.” […]
I know I’m late to the meme party on this one, but what the Hell is crammed into Huy Fong Foods’ Sriracha sauce to make me want to consume it in such volume? I brought a bottle home this weekend and it’s already at the halfway mark. The worst part of the addiction is the embarrassing way one tries to find an excuse to put it on every food imaginable. Yesterday at lunch I horrified my friend Rich by using magical rooster paste on a salad in lieu of dressing. When a black guy raises an eyebrow at your hot sauce use, you know there’s a problem.

Cholula (Original) is my #1. The flavor/heat ratio is so good I used to pour a small puddle in the palm of my hand and lick it up in lieu of an actual snack.
Annie Chun’s Go-Chu-Jang Korean Sweet & Spicy gets high marks from me as well. I blew through the first bottle I got because I was putting in on almost every meal.
Dave’s Gourmet has some good stuff but everything I’ve tried so far is either good tasting and weak, or like their Insanity sauce and too potent to actually flavor anything.
