(That question mark in the episode title covers my ass legally. I think.) A woman by the name of Kayla Goldberg is taking former Kardashian by marriage Kris Humphries to court, alleging he gave her herpes. Why do I care? Well, other than the fact I went up in Kayla’s guts bareback last week (she claimed Kris wasn’t big enough to satisfy), if Kris has herpes, it proves one of two things: 1. Kim Kardashian now has herpes or 2. If Kim doesn’t have herpes, their marriage was never “consummated” in ye olde sense, which means he can prove it was fraudulent and rake her over the financial coals.
