I’ve seen Girls. Every last episode, actually. My girlfriend is a fan and it’s one of those things that, when watched with a woman, isn’t as bad as you think it’ll be, much like Bridesmaids or a video on how to hand express breast milk. The one thing I and just about everyone else who has seen the show can’t shut up about is the fact that its creator and lead, Lena Dunham, who by anyone’s definition isn’t exactly a looker, seems to love getting naked during episodes. Allison and I each have a unique take on just why the hell she does it, and we also discuss enunciation exercises and the Arizona anti-gay law (that’s what it boils down to).
