I saw this little gem in the changing room at Marshalls the other day. (What can I say, I’m guilty of dressing in only the finest Guatemalan fashions that can be purchased for under $20 and within an eighth of a mile of my favorite 7-11.) It struck me as weird because, well, guess who enjoys bargains even more than you apparently do, Marshalls? The guy who doesn’t want to pay at all!
Coincidentally, how low must you have sunk in life to steal things from Marshalls? How does a security guard even stop you? It has to be even more embarrassing for him than you, I imagine. In terms of crimes of desperation, robbing that place ranks along with the classic hypothetical moral dilemma “Is it wrong for a starving man to steal bread to feed his family?” Ah well.
